Booking Regulations.

Please have reliable transportation. Secure a way to and from the location before arrival to reduce traffic or delays in my next appointment.

Please be on time for your appointment. There is a 15-minute late fee of $10 and your appointment will be canceled after 20 minutes. Also, ensure that you are not up to 10 minutes early to your appointment without communicating with me in advance.

Reversible Late Fee. In the event that I am running behind more than 15 minutes, you will receive $10 off your set.

I ask that you do not bring any extra people or animals, unless necessary. In many cases, once communicated to me, these circumstances are fine. No more than 2 extra guests per appointment.

Please arrive with clean, naked nail beds. Unless you have scheduled an appointment for a fill or nail repair, I will NOT work on any nail beds that have lingering acrylic or polish on them. Also, fills will ONLY be provided if it is my work. I will NOT be working on others’ sets, this may result in appointment cancellation.

When Booking:

I will contact you or you may contact me if you’re looking to add a design to your set. We will discuss the details and remaining balance before your appointment time.

Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE! Please ensure you remain available for the scheduled appointment time you select. Last minute cancellations are acceptable up to 6 hrs prior to your appointment. Last minute reschedules are $10 extra. Please contact me if you are unable to make your appointment!

The address will be provided 24 to 48hrs prior to your appointment. Please refrain from requesting the specific location any sooner than this time frame. Generally, I will provide basic information on the area before or after booking.
